Waiting times are unreasonable It is now about three o'clock at night me and my wife I have been waiting for the doctor since eleven o'clock The Doctors and Nurse were great.

Elderly mother had a fall while on holiday. While the wait was long (mainly due to idiots with severe sunburn) it wasn't a problem as all the staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Although my mum was discharged at the end of the day with a clean bill of health due to the fall, they had run numerous tests to double check plus picked up on 2 areas unrelated that her GP needs to follow up. Dr Quis, Mr Roope and the female consultant in A&E were wonderful as were everyone else. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service- exemplary in all ways!!!🤩 Arrived at A & E with a possible sprained ankle on a Thursday at 8.40am, was registered and triaged by 9.10am, put in a wheelchair and taken to X-ray by 9.35am, was told it was a broken leg by 9.50am and by 10.30am I’d had a boot fitted was given crutches and all notes/x-rays referred to my own hospital & doctor (as I was on holiday) amazing!! Can’t praise or thank the hospital enough. Special thanks to Rob (nurse/doctor) and Joe (x-ray). Just amazing service!!

Visiting a friend and managed to slip down the stairs, turns out I've broken a few bones as opposed to a sprain. Cannot speak highly enough of my experience at this A&E, in and out within 2 hours, really friendly nurses and xray bods.

On Christmas holidays elderly Mum in Law had fall, causing deep cuts to her hand. Taxi to A&E on Christmas eve, check in efficient & discreet, had 111 information. Seen quickly by friendly, professional staff. Given advice then advised to return on 27th to check wound. Redressed and received the same exceptional treatment by staff. Well run department, modern well laid out facilities with easy access. Thank you so much.
