I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had during my recent visit. I specifically booked an appointment for orthotics due to a heel issue, but was instead scheduled with Chiropractor Dr. Simran. The 30-minute session involved only an initial consultation to discuss the problem, after which I was advised to book a follow-up appointment with the orthotics specialist, Dr. Raman. She is such a great support system. She really listens. Takes her time to really assess you. Really recommend her
The doctor took her time and answered all my questions, I felt like I got a good evaluation. She helped me decide which orthotics would be best for me and gave me good advice on how to wear and maintain them. Overall a good experience!
