Very unprofessional,even you have appointments but still need to wait there almost hour and if you go in emergency like fever vomit, receptionist will suggest go hospital ,what mean of family doctor if he can't see baby .my don suffered one week with fever vomting but can't get appointment with in week .she gave appointments very late she said no any as slot available,what people can do after week if get appointment.one day I visit here no any patient there I tell her just tell dr write medicine but she said no we are not ac... read more
Been coming here for many years, and the receptionists have not been this awful ever. They are so rude and when they answer they are short and rude. No one is calling the doctor for fun, these ladies act like they are doing people a favour by doing their job.
We tried many times to book an appointment online with Dr. Abul Siddiqui but the system was not working for us. When we called the clinic for help, the receptionist was very rude and refused to book the appointment. She kept telling us to book it online even after we explained that we had already tried many times. It was a very disappointing experience.
Good experience
Everything about this clinic is fine. But wait times are too long. I mean what's the point of having an appointment if you have to wait 1 hour 20 minutes to meet the doctor. Appointment means punctuality. Its not a walk in clinic. They should value patients time also.
