Do not recommend going to Dr. Sandhu. He is very dismissive about your concerns and refuses to write a requisition for a valid concern. My husband was in pain over the weekend and had to to go to urgent care center and that pain has been ongoing and Dr. Sandhu refuse to investigate it further or provide any treatment plan. I know many patients that have left his office for other GPs as he is not proactive and shows no empathy to his patients.
Very poor front desk, different stories when you speak with them and when you ask for paper trail.
I’ve had a very good experience at North Delta Medical Clinic. Dr. Aziz is an excellent Doctor. He is very kind, caring, and understanding. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I’m very happy with the care I’ve received and would definitely recommend this clinic.
Front desk staff needs training how to communicate with patients.
