Very unprofessional....will tell you to hold and you're waiting for a very long time. After 15 minutes of being on hold, they hang up. Don't answer the questions like they should.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Absolutely horrible experience with the Receptionist (there are 2 at this medical clinic) when it comes to dealing with patients on the phone or in person. On several occasions, I have noticed that the receptionist's manner can be quite abrupt and unhelpful. Simran is a receptionist at this clinic. One of the most arrogant, rude and non acceptable behaviour that this lady has . I really want ministry of health and the owner of this clinic to either train her or fire her from her position. She cancelled my appointment and said if you dont want to deal with us then find another doctor and then hung up without listeing to me.
