I have been Dr.aziz patient for 4 years and I have not had any bad experience so far. Everything is smooth and good. Especially with front desk staff I always been treated well and never had any issues with their behavior. Everytime I call with any issue regarding appointment or I need any other information, its been dealt in amazing way.
Can't get an appointment till 2040
Got a family doctor here seen him once he seemed wonderful. Unfortunately am unable to ever get an appointment. Always says no available appointments online have tried over 100 times also they do not answer the phone ever so very frustrating. Add on since my review. I went to make an appointment and they tried to tell me there is no information and I was exited as a patient if this is the maturity of this doctor thank god would rather go to a clean office with a mature doctor not a childish one grow up dr….and no I did not m... read more
UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE: It legit took you 2 years to get to this review. At this point your response doesn’t even matter! Hope you do better. Good luck. Original: Dr. Shiraz Aziz is fine but the receptionists are so rude and behave as if they own and run the clinic. Worst front desk staff!
**EDIT: Since posting this review, I have also encountered another concerning issue. After being dismissed as a patient, I requested a copy of my own medical records on multiple occasions by both phone and fax. I was repeatedly told that the clinic would not provide my records directly to me and would only send them to a new family physician. As I do not currently have a family physician, this has left me without access to my own medical information. I have requested that the clinic provide the reason for refusing my request... read more
