I was a patient of this clinic for over 20 years (since I was about 7-8 years old), and it is disappointing to share this experience because I had a very different relationship with Dr. Gary Sandhu in the past. This is literally very bad in service , especially the girl on reception who speaks mostly on call and patients she does had a bad behaviour with me , no way to speak with a patient, afterwards, dr, abdul saddiqui when he came new he was very polite to accept new clients in order to run his job , when i went 2nd time there , he was very rude at me and said the receptionist gave you a punishment as you didnot picked the calls before . I booked appointments online for myself and my children. Unfortunately, I didn't have my husband's health care card information, so I called the clinic to request an appointment for him. The staff refused to book it over the phone, which was disappointing and unhelpful. I understand that policies are important, but I expected better customer service and a willingness to assist or explain the available options. When you book a phone call appointment the doctor will not call you and lie that they did. We’ve had multiple occurrences of them calling the wrong number as well, even when we had told them over a hundred times which phone number to call but they don’t care.
Dr. Aziz is very unprofessional even he jumps to conclusions before fully hearing me out and front desk staff is very rude
