We have taken all our dogs to this veterinary practice since the early 1980's!
good job by Dr Katz and his assistant (for my overweight, anxiety-ridden retriever)..
Every time I go in the front desk is friendly and efficient and there are never any problems. They have easy online appts. The vets are all there for you and your pet. You never feel like it’s the other way around. I have never been upsold. That is so not them. They have done a stellar job with a complex surgery on my dog and I cannot believe how good he looks and apparently feels. Can’t say enough!
I did not have a good experience with bringing my pup to Dr. Katz. His "Vet techs" and I use that term loosely, were very rough with her. Dr. Katz spent the visit telling me how much he had been injured by dogs in the past. He needs to retire. Don't see how this place is so highly rated. I took my dog to Clairmont with Mike Smith and had a totally different experience!.He & the Vet techs were very professional. They had no issues caring for my dog.
