The vets are very good. After over about 35 years I'm reluctant to go anywhere else. BUT... I've tried to call numerous times to get an appointment and will no longer wait for someone to answer the phone. It hangs up on me after 35 minutes. You have to call when you arrive for an appointment and call to check in on arrival with no response for an hour. .Unless there isn't an option, I'm sadly giving up waiting. I'm waiting as I write this. Hard to give stars
we took our dog in for a minor shoulder injury x rays proved that , they gave her methocarbonol and carprofen . We took her back 5 to 7 days later because she was still crying all nite, she was not seen and we were given more of the same meds and they have no record of that return visit ( imagine that ) we took her back for a third visit she still was not seen and at this time was given omeprezol and tramadol this is when we found out that the anti-inlamtory meds was destroying her stomach. we took her back again this time D... read more
