Worst surgery ever! Avoid if u can register somewhere else
Been at this doctors all my life. Its hard to describe how much the doctor seward doesn't care about patients he was playing games on his phone before I went in.told me I have a heart problem but nothing to worry about and its not worth sending me for a scan. Everything really does feel like too much hard work for him ill be changing my doctors.
Don’t care about patients at all. Dr Saward especially is useless and has no care or compassion. Been trying to get something prescribed, visited and got an appointment the doctor was rude. Weston Park even wrote to them to ask them to prescribe this but they have still not actioned. Since then completed another anima form and still no one has actioned. Always caller number one in queue but they don’t answer for 15 mins. Receptionist however was empathetic.
Should be zero stars! Absolute horrendous staff who are angry at the beginning of a call for no reason. Won't let u book appointments on phone and then tell u to go online. When u try book online the website crashes. Once u phone again they don't answer. Absolute rubbish. Should be shut down and replaced with people who actually do their job. I recently had a slight issue with my Mental Health, caused by stress and in being advised to try this particular Health Centre, as I currently work nearby, I met with a Pharmacist called Ash, who politely understood straight away that I was struggling with my mental health that particular day and gave me some valued time, in a closed off room, to allow me to express how I was feeling, listen intently and show plenty of interest in helping me move forward ...
