I went to this Clinic years ago and was not happy. Went to another Clinic in Police Road, great service, then my new Doctor retired. Back to Square One again
Failed a medical test
Spoke to a receptionist (Anoush?) who answered with only "Hello" and quiet rudely with no introduction, no name. When asked to amend an appointment with Dr Utberg she replied "No, she doesn't have time" there were no other options provided. I called a second time and the phone rang out but when she finally answered with the audacity to sigh when I simply asked to change my appointment time. Level of customer service was horrible. It's enough for me to see a new doctor. No patient wants to be greeted this way.
I had a very pleasant experience here today. Dr Herath is excellent, professional and very caring. I felt that I was well looked after. Thank you Dr Herath and staff.
I want to express my gratitude to all the reception staff at the clinic especially Robyn, Helen and ChrissyThey are always helpful and attentive in booking appointments and dealing with concerns in a pleasant and understanding way. I’ve been attending this clinic for over 35 years as has my family. The Doctors are very caring and professional in dealing with medical issues. A big thank you to you all
