Giovanna would benefit greatly from some customer service training. I felt uncomfortable with how hostile and rude she was when I called to inquire about a prescription that was never sent to my pharmacy the day before my operation. Do better.
Be prepared having to deal with a rude lady named Giovanna when you call this place. I did some lab tests which they informed me to call back with the results within 48 hours, and never got a call until I had to call them after more than a week when they told me that there had been a issue with the lab result.
Canceled surgical procedure this morning. The office didn’t even alert me about the appointment I had to be informed by the medical center. I showed up at the the medical facility and my appointment was canceled. This was after waiting six months for MRI results. They haven’t contacted me to rebook. This is cancer, and they don’t seem to consider it so.
This rating is for the staff that helped take care of my husband. I’m not sure of their names but there were a total of four ladies that had their hands in my husbands care today but especially the two that went out of their way to grab ice packs, make toast and ensure he had everything he needed from fainting. Thank you!
Dr. Stringer is the worst urologist I have been to. Everything felt rushed followed by the wrong diagnosis. Very unorganized office. The blood work that was ordered also contained wrong test as it was sent in the wrong vial. Go figure.
