I called them and was told to wait on the line for over 15 min. I hung up and left a voice mail so they return the call - never happened. On Friday, I am calling within normal business hours and not even getting the voice mail. I am being told to call back in regular business hours! What am I missing?
Called in December and got an appointment in Feb. The appointment was canceled because the Dr had an emergency. I called to reschedule and end of March is my appointment. Beyond disappointing.
Dr. West is the absolute most compassionate doctor I have ever met! He always takes the time to answer questions and explain things. I was so sad to see him leave Grayson county but I’m thankful he isn’t too far away, worth the drive! I even sent my dad to him (one of the assume the worst, difficult patients) and he even loved him! My dad was able to get in quickly to get his stone blasted and feeling better! Thank you for everything!!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alexander Martin. He truly changed my life. I had a rare condition with a staghorn calculus in my right kidney, and from day one he was clear, honest, and straightforward with me.
