He was very quick to respond and came to the house to provide us options (samples in hand) and made useful suggestions for our particular needs. We are very pleased with Daniel & his team at North Dallas Shutters & Blinds. He was the only vendor that offered the clean look I wanted. From start to finish it took under 4 weeks which was another bonus. One of the louvres had a tiny crack but they were on top of it & Stoney was able to come out a couple of days later to replace the one louvre. Daniel even stopped by to make sure everything was up to par. We appreciated the customer service they provided & quality of work.
We had exterior shutters installed by Daniel. He did a fantastic job. The end product looks great.

Daniel was the epitome of customer service. He went above and beyond to replace batteries for blinds that are very hard to reach up at 20 feet. He was very professional, courteous and genuine. Very hard to come across such combination of skill, professionalism, good nature. Thank you.
