Great instructors, clean gym, amazing sparring partners. Really one of the best places to train in the DFW area. They cover all focuses, from getting in shape, to self defense, to fighting in the cage, to training for BJJ world championships. Ive been training here now on and off for about 4 years and have no plans of going anywhere else.

I've trained some form of Martial Arts most of my life. Training now with coaches JD Shelley and Peyvand Honargohar has improved my technique, skill and overall fighting (both stand-up and ground) tenfold in just the 1year I've been training. Both instructors have so much experience and knowledge, I am always learning and improving. Not to mention the weight I've lost and muscle I've gained. I've been training here for years and definitely recommend it highly. Instructors and fellow students are top notch. Professor JD Shelley is two time world champion and stays on top of his game and is always teaching the latest techniques being used in competition like the recent popularization of the "worm guard" and they frequently bring in top talent (8-time world champion Robson Moura, for example, has been here several times) for seminars.
