Been a customer for over 16 years and would not recommend anywhere but Northdale Pharmacy . The pharmacist Avanash is amazing. He truly cares and knows his customers . As soon as I walk in the door he always personally greets me and asks how I am doing by name and he does this for everyone. Sam&Diamond are always helpful and if there's a issue they do their best to help and always go above and beyond.
I had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy, specifically with the pharmacist on duty. I had previously discussed my situation with him (which was not done privately whatsoever) and he confirmed that I could send 1 final prescription from my previous state since I had recently moved. If he was concerned about his license or regulations, he could have simply said, “I’m not certain if that will be possible, let me get back to you once I’ve done my research.” Instead he said no problem, that should be fine while yo... read more
