Extremely rude and unhelpful. My business partner and I lost 5 adult goats and 50+ fetuses to an unknown outbreak. We brought 2 adults and 2 fetuses in. They were extremely rude, seemed like it was a real hassle to help us. They did not run a full panel until we got very adament, which was uncomfortable for us bc they're supposed to be the professionals and it felt like we were telling them how to go about their jobs.
