Made an appt. in advance online to renew my drivers license. Walked in around 10am & got my ticket. Only sat waiting for a few minutes and the waiting room was full. The guy at the counter made everything easy! I walked out within 10 minutes. I was impressed I didn't have to wait at all!
My husband and I went here to get tags and titles on a couple of vehicles on December 1, 2025. I do not know the ladies name that helped us, but that was definitely one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had at a DMV. Thank you, Melody Knudson.
Lady in window 5 is always super rude. I don’t recommend going to her if you can get anyone else I’d do it. Lived here 6 years and always have a problem with her.
After waiting 2 hours and seeing multiple people get a ticket and get helped while im still sitting there just to get tags. This place is ridiculous. God forbid if they hired some employees to help speed things up.
