Staff members acts like they don’t understand English. If i ask them for a cup of ice it shouldn’t take 30 minutes. Very poor on service

My cousin Lisa has been here since March 2024, I must admit at first I was against this place. But once her care plan was put into place she was very well taken care of. She arrived here I would say 20% of herself today is 80% back. The Therapy manager told me on the thirst day just give us some time you will see results. Here we are 4 months later and the results are amazing. Thank you all

Este es el lugar más horrible del mundo,sobre todo para un enfermo,esta extremadamente sucio,los pisos pegajosos la peste orine se siente desde la entrada y el trato es irrespetuoso tanto para el paciente como para los familiares,por desgracia mi hijo estaba incapacitado y con mucho esfuerzo logré que lo desabilitaran como era un hombre joven solo le dieron el Mediquei haci que este lugar era el único que lo aceptaba,yo no tenía una vivienda para poderlo tener conmigo,soy una mujer mayor y sola con un salario mínimo en la ci... read more
