It’s heartwarming to see how well the residents are looked after and how the team goes out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and included. The facility is always clean and welcoming, and I can sense the joy and dignity they bring to the people who live here.
The experience I have had at this site has been wonderful. My brother has been treated excellently by all the staff. I recommend it 100% for the professionalism of its staff and I make a special mention to Mr. Fernando Lema, Social Service Director, a wonderful and highly qualified person. I also mention Mrs. Alessia Weekes, administrator, and Mrs. Lizandara Augustin, Director of Nursing.
I wouldn’t wish what we went through on anyone. My stepmom went into this facility needing care, support, and compassion — she got the exact opposite. The staff were consistently neglectful, dismissive, and in some cases downright cruel. Her needs were ignored, her pain was brushed off, and communication with the family was nonexistent unless we pushed for it. The level of neglect here was heartbreaking and, in my opinion, contributed directly to her decline and death. We trusted this place to take care of her, and they fail... read more
