The are very nice place.
Every time I call to find out how my relative is doing the nursing staff in the J wing never answer the phone. I will report this because its ridiculous, the phone rings and you are directed to leave a message with no one returning your call.
It’s heartwarming to see how well the residents are looked after and how the team goes out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and included. The facility is always clean and welcoming, and I can sense the joy and dignity they bring to the people who live here.
The experience I have had at this site has been wonderful. My brother has been treated excellently by all the staff. I recommend it 100% for the professionalism of its staff and I make a special mention to Mr. Fernando Lema, Social Service Director, a wonderful and highly qualified person. I also mention Mrs. Alessia Weekes, administrator, and Mrs. Lizandara Augustin, Director of Nursing.
