0 stars because they didn’t even try ! I went in to my appointment only for them to turn me around because I said I was interested in contacts as well as new glasses. They also told me I require vision insurance which they did not mention on the phone?
Called multiple times and immediately put on hold. Was hung up on during hold 3 times. Will go elsewhere.
I had sudden inset of eye symptoms today and that got me very concerned. I called and got an appointment right away. The doctor was very detailed, kind and caring. I felt very relieved and relaxed after the detailed exam and explanation. Thank you so much Dr. Gill!
Dr Gill, Dr Nguyen and his staff are not only professional and very friendly, but they take excellent care of their patients. They go above and beyond good customer service.
I’ve been trying to get information on Dr. Gill for the last 3 days now and the front desk representative saying “I don’t have time for this” then hangs up very unprofessional, will not recommend this place!
