Very fast and efficient. I got there and within a 5 minutes I was already in a room waiting to be seen. In total I was there for maybe half and hour, they helped and went through different things that my ailment would be. Then they gave me a prescription that helped a lot!
The receptionist guided me right away to the room that I was going to be examine. very clean. the nurse came right away it was an excellent medical service very efficient the doctor also was first class treatment
I highly recommend HCA Houston ER at Hwy 249 neat Spring-Cypress. The staff and physicians are very professional, caring, and attentive. They informed me of everything that they would be doing. I was in and out with no problem.
