I was very satisfied with the work Ken did at my home. He was punctual, polite, friendly and courteous. He was very knowledgeable, worked efficiently and let me know what he was doing at every step and explained why. He also made suggestions to make my home safer. His input was invaluable. He was patient and took time to answer my many questions and address my concerns. I would not hesitate to call Ken for any future electrical needs. I highly recommend him.
