Been here for 11 years. Rent has gone up excessively. Lots of elderly and disabled people. We can hardly pay the rent and other bills. I live on about 900 dollars a month. Neighbors and myself have a very hard time. We help each other with meals and yard work. They charge i believe 200 to 400 a month for new tenants. I am grandfathered in. Not the only issues. Thanks for listening.
Lived here for many years. It is what you make it. Had many friends and connections. Life long ones. Not a bad park. No real "trash". Management better than Jeff (some will understand) but weak. Next to elementary school so it was great for my kids. My heart still lingers there for the past. Both my parents died here. Not in a bad way but there went my heart. The memories only in my head now. I love you mom and dad.
