I align with someone else that said this is hard to write this as I loved the Dr but I have been trying to book an appointment for 3 weeks… I have called over 25 times (actually not an exaggeration) and have been put on the “call back” list 15 of those times. The one time they did call back it was the wrong Dr… i shared I am pregnant after multiple losses and they still have not called back. I finally changed Dr. today after 4-5 years with my current OBGYN and it breaks my heart. She was wonderful.

The Doctors here are wonderful. But the staff... they never answer the phones. I am supposed to have surgery next Friday and not a single person from that office has called and scheduled my pre op appointment...its 8 days till. And they are always booked out for 2-3 months....The phones are such an issue. And they still haven't got them fixed. You call, press 1 for appointments. Then you wait for 5 minutes on the line while it tells you "You are caller 1" then the music stops and acts like it's answering and it's nothing. No... read more

This location is closed. They moved locations to Escondido. At no point was I notified of their move. I showed up to the office and it’s literally empty.

If I could give a 0 I would. No returned calls. They lie alot. One girl didn't know how insurance worked at all and wanted to do a surgery without putting pre auth through. She said yeah with ppo you cover it all and your insurance will pick up some. I said no you gotta put a pre autb through. They have the worst attitude. It's unfortunate, because the doctor was great but everyone else seems like they are ....off...

This review is tough to write because the actual medical care is good. But this office is almost impossible to get in touch with. The office operations are abysmal. I saw my doctor over a month ago and have been calling multiple times a week to try to get a prescription filled and a procedure scheduled that was prescribed during my appointment that was 5-6 weeks ago.
