i have called at least six times over the past week to schedule an appointment. i have messaged every doctor on the website multiple times. i spoke to an emergency doctor who said they would call me back and they never did. ridiculous have never had such a horrible experience trying to get care.
We have been under the care of Dr. Babkina and PA Kenesha for quite some time, but unfortunately, we lost our baby at 18 weeks. We believe that earlier decisions in our care may have impacted our journey. Thankfully, Dr. Nadine at 15 weeks, diagnosing our condition after ER visit placed us on progesterone, which may have helped us hold on longer. Although there has been issues with the appointment line, I have always experienced great customer service and patient care for over 12 years. Dr Rachel has been treating me for many years already and she is always well attentive and takes her time to listen to my concerns. The medical assistants are always so knowledgeable when I arrive to my appointment.
This place is the absolute worst. My wife and I started going to this place when we found out she was pregnant. Our doctor is great but the office is 100% garbage. The scheduling and personnel at the front desks are the most incompetent staff I have ever seen in my life. I cannot tell you how many times they cancelled on us or rescheduled without telling us. Worst Customer Service Ever!!!! Ive been calling them since before Thanksgiving 2023 to schedule an appointment THEY NEVER PICK UP, left 3 voicemails to return my calls which they never did, My husband was able to get a hold of someone beginning January and got appointment scheduled by the end of February, on the day of appointment I was calling to get the address and appointment time confirmed and again Never picked up until it was already 3 minutes before my appointment I notified them I was at their old location if they c... read more
