This review has been updated from 5 stars to 2. I am so sad to have to write this but I am so disappointed with how I have been treated lately. I've been a patient of Dr. Hinshaw since 2021, and I have to say I miss him. When he left I feel everything went down hill. A woman needs to trust and feel comfortable when they enter an office to be treated for womens issues. I have been with this office for a number of years , but felt compelled to write this review to let the public know of the extraordinary experiences i have ever had! My doctor, is Rachel Krocmal PA, ( who's knowledge is just as much or more as a regular dr,) but what's sets her apart is her extraordinary bedside manner...it is so rare to find that in doctor offices these days! I’m here with my wife and she’s supposed to get an ultrasound at 8 o’clock, but it’s 832am right now and they are giving her the runaround. It was an emergency ultrasound now these people at the front desk play games acted like they called her yesterday. They called and confirmed the 8 o’clock appointment. They never call us at 430pm to reschedule… they lied… Yeah, when the doctor says you need an ultrasound and that way that you might have possibly cancer and then they got my wife worried in me worried now they rescheduled ... read more
