Same issues as everybody else can’t get it through to make an appointment nobody returns your calls they lie and then they hang up on you! Nightmare! Their website when you call it says you can book an appointment. It just takes you in circles as well. Worthless!
I'm so frustrated, but I have neither seen a doctor nor been able to make an appointment. I think that everyone is reeling from the overwhelming number of patients needing care and the low count of doctors since COVID(?). My call triggered an email inviting me to set up an account with a portal that will make communicating with healthcare professionals easier. Terrible scheduling and help from employees
Already posted a review on 6/16 saying I was waiting a month for a phone call back to make an appointment. Well its 8/12 and no one has ever called me. Don't bother with this place.
