A woman needs to trust and feel comfortable when they enter an office to be treated for womens issues. I have been with this office for a number of years , but felt compelled to write this review to let the public know of the extraordinary experiences i have ever had! My doctor, is Rachel Krocmal PA, ( who's knowledge is just as much or more as a regular dr,) but what's sets her apart is her extraordinary bedside manner...it is so rare to find that in doctor offices these days! I’m here with my wife and she’s supposed to get an ultrasound at 8 o’clock, but it’s 832am right now and they are giving her the runaround. It was an emergency ultrasound now these people at the front desk play games acted like they called her yesterday. They called and confirmed the 8 o’clock appointment. They never call us at 430pm to reschedule… they lied… Yeah, when the doctor says you need an ultrasound and that way that you might have possibly cancer and then they got my wife worried in me worried now they rescheduled ... read more
I would not recommend this medical office, they have absolutely no business taking on new patients they do not have the time or resources to treat. I had an appointment with Dr. Babkina 15 days ago. She told me what treatment I needed to stop my symptoms and gave me the card for her surgery scheduler and said if I didn't hear back in a few days to call. I waited 5 days and when I never heard back I called, sat on hold, spoke to a woman at a call center to leave a message for someone else, and then repeated this process 6 tim... read more
