I’m here with my wife and she’s supposed to get an ultrasound at 8 o’clock, but it’s 832am right now and they are giving her the runaround. It was an emergency ultrasound now these people at the front desk play games acted like they called her yesterday. They called and confirmed the 8 o’clock appointment. They never call us at 430pm to reschedule… they lied… Yeah, when the doctor says you need an ultrasound and that way that you might have possibly cancer and then they got my wife worried in me worried now they rescheduled ... read more
I would not recommend this medical office, they have absolutely no business taking on new patients they do not have the time or resources to treat. I had an appointment with Dr. Babkina 15 days ago. She told me what treatment I needed to stop my symptoms and gave me the card for her surgery scheduler and said if I didn't hear back in a few days to call. I waited 5 days and when I never heard back I called, sat on hold, spoke to a woman at a call center to leave a message for someone else, and then repeated this process 6 tim... read more
Same issues as everybody else can’t get it through to make an appointment nobody returns your calls they lie and then they hang up on you! Nightmare! Their website when you call it says you can book an appointment. It just takes you in circles as well. Worthless!
I'm so frustrated, but I have neither seen a doctor nor been able to make an appointment. I think that everyone is reeling from the overwhelming number of patients needing care and the low count of doctors since COVID(?).
