Took my Encore GX in because the check engine light was on. Manny did a great job explaining what happened and provided images to back it up. Very straightforward and fair. Definitely recommend him.
I arrived at 0803 for my 0800 appointment. I was greeted when I walked in the service door and the process was started to intake my truck. The guy told me it would be 1.5-2 hours. He asked if I would be waiting for my truck and I said yes. I sat in the lobby for close to three hours without any word on the progress of my truck.
