Although I have not yet experienced the billing department of this facility as others have cited, I have nothing but praise for the facility itself. I was on vacation far from home when I had a kidney stone attack. I knew what it was, but after a week of dealing with it and no improvement, I thought I needed to see what was what. I would recommend staying far, far away from this facility. I am not usually one to write bad reviews, but it seems worth it so others don't have to have the experience I've had. There have been several serious issues. The first is that I just received a bill for the full amount of the services, despite confirming with them that they were in network with my insurance when I made the appointment and giving them my insurance card on the day of the appointment. My appointment went well and I had my first CT scan. The office staff seemed fine and the staff was very kind and patient when they cared for me. I did receive a bill and am not sure if Medicare will cover the procedure. I'm doing a payment plan and will wait to see if it's covered.
