I've had several imaging studies at this facility. Ease of scheduling, friendly personalities and dedicated professionals makes this one of the best places in North County for radiological studies.

Just got done with my mammogram today. This is already an awkward situation for me to get my breasts scanned. Went to the front office, was not greeted. Staff in the front were abrupt, were unkind. Was hoping that the tech would be kind but she was even more rude. She was a middle-aged woman with a mask, graying hair, glasses and heavy set. She also reeked of body odor. My aunt picked up a disc to take to her surgeon. Gets to the appointment and is told the disc is blank. The surgeon states this isn't new with this company and moves forward with ordering her own images. The fact that the surgeon says this isn't new is sad. I can't image the delays in care this has caused and will cause if this continues. Maybe quality checking to make sure the images are actually on the disc would be helpful.

I brought a lady I take care of to north coast radiology. For context, it's clear to everyone who encounters her that she's both physically and mentally disabled. We had no problems with appointment-making or reminders. What we did have a problem with was Tara. From the minute we saw her, everything about her was rude and dismissive. She rushed us down the hallway, even though my friend has a cane and can't walk fast.
