Went there 3 times, and knew if I didn’t find another place I would not get the results I wanted/needed .There are other PT places in this town that are great . Don’t settle ! Be ur own advocate please .
My last experience with North County Physical Therapy was in 2019. I had been there for two previous injuries. Valerie is always welcoming. But, to me, the receptionist Lois, is cold and almost hostile. I've seen her very jovial towards other patients so I don't know why I didn't appeal to her. But more importantly, the therapists such as Mike, were as aloof and as unengaged as possible. And I could hear them laughing in the office at their patients while we were exercising. Great place to go for physical therapy
Staff has always been helpful. I've had 3 back surgeries and a hip surgery. Appointments have always been timely, sometimes a bit behind.
