Got a chain installed and a few days later the master link failed and destroyed my bike , they paid for everything to be fixed , now I have ptsd and loss my joy to ride my bike , the entire process was a headache they actually never admitted fault , I can tell they were more worried about their reputation than my concerns , now my bike has several issues the owner stopped responding to my messages, still to this day I have a major oil leak, my bike didn’t have a oil leak prior to my chain failing !

If I could zero stars I would ! Almost lost my life and my bike got destroyed, the fixed the bike but now I have oil leaks and my fairings are destroyed, very unprofessional experience all around, 🚨 any shop that takes motorcycles to another shop for valve adjustments tells you they don’t have knowledge!
