Dr. Shad has been the best experience I've had with a gastroenterologist so far. He has been so thorough and kind. He listens and has really tried to help me. His concern for his patients and the competence of his office staff has exceeded my expectations.

I would give less than 1 Star if I could. You should absolutely avoid being treated at this office. A shockingly unhelpful, unprofessional, and unfriendly woman named Beth assists Dr. Shad, who himself is distant and dispassionate during routine visits, as well as procedure day. So Beth is passive aggressive and condescending and once even delivered a serious liver diagnosis over the phone that had me panicked and crying for days.
