I have to echo the other review by j. This place has the worst administrative staff and is incredibly unhelpful. As one example, it took 10 days to get a prescription refilled (for test strips!). They had changed their fax number without telling me or Walgreens and then, after Walgreens was able to contact North County Endo (NCE), the staff at NCE denied knowing who I was or that I had ever been to NCE, even though I was there three weeks prior and had been a patient for over three years.
