Most here are ok, however Jess, the receptionist, left little to be desired after our medical transport failed to get us to our appointments 3 times. The last time my wife was asking her to clarify a statement she copped an attitude and told my 9 month pregnant wife to find another clinic to better accommodate her, which we ended up doing. Massena Women's Health, do better.
Dr Summermatter is a fantastic doctor who truly cares about his patients. The supporting staff are also incredibly nice and attentive, especially the main secretary Jessica. I highly recommend.
