Can’t say enough about the incredible team at Dover Ag & Turf - I’d give 10 stars if I could. For over a week I made many, many calls asking tons of questions regarding my old tractor they were diagnosing and the possible purchasing of a new one. Every individual - Jeff the General Mgr, Rick in Sales, Sherry in Service, and Levi and Mark in parts - were all incredibly professional, polite, responded quickly, and answered all my questions. I recently needed to have a belt replaced on my John Deere snowblower two days before a big snow storm. Sherry and the service team picked up my snowblower and returned it to me in time to use it to clear my driveway. Unfortunately, the belt failed again during that storm. They arranged for a service tech to come to my house the next day and repair it for no additional cost. A huge thanks to Sherry and Dan. They went above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough!

Everyone was professional and courteous....I've known Jeff for some time and glad he is here...Sherry was fantastic. Always on top of things .Everyone else was friendly and greeted me as soon as the door shut behind me coming in . Look forward to doing more business here....

I had my Ariens snow blower serviced and it took much longer than expected. I asked for a discount and they cut my bill in half. Thank you Sherry. The snow blower is running great and my tenants are very happy.
