I bought a S240 lawn tractor in August of 2024. I bought it from the dealer because I was under the impression that a) the quality of the mower would be better than the models they sell at Home Depot for less money than I paid and b) that a dealer would stand behind their product. This July, the drive belt broke, less than two years after I bought it. The sales dept needs to Earn an Existing customers repeat business. After an existing customer has spent Thousands of their hard earned money w UA&T, and then later want to upgrade to some new expensive equipment, the sales dept need to make a concerted effort to "Earn" that customers repeat business (vs doing 0) and merely expecting that customer to toss Thousands more $ across their desk.. Sadly, The alternative is the customer spends their $ elsewhere.. And inform their, family, friends, public of their experience..
