We bought our 3 series tractor 2.5 years ago from UATNE. I knew I wanted a John Deere, because my father has always run them, and I grew up learning on this machine. It's been a huge help on our property, helping us work land that is pure granite. We use it for literally everything - digging holes, hauling rocks, installing gardens, moving cord wood, tree care. I called United Ag & Turf near the end of their business hours today. I was trying to install new cutting blades for my John Deere riding lawn mower. They asked if I could come down before the store closed. I brought the lawn mower in. They fixed it promptly and with excellent service. I highly recommend this business.
12 months ago, I purchased a John Deere, not just a Lawn Mower. I purchased a John Deere because at one time, John Deere stood for quality & customer support. This is my experience with John Deere support. I purchased a JD X330 mower about 12 months ago. There was an oil leak that I did not detect and the engine on the mower was subsequently destroyed and needed to be replaced. There was a total of 30 hours on the lawn mower.
