YES! I was able to negotiate and get loan approval online, very easy process, and very helpful personnel. I keep my cars a long time, so it might be 10 years until I buy a new car, but I'll go back to North Country for sure!
The mechanic should use a rag to wipe their hands off on instead of the interior of the car. I understand an accident but this was obviously intentional.
We've been using North Country Subaru for service of our 2014 Outbacks since we moved north a few years ago. They have a great service department--efficient, friendly, honest. Today we bought a new Subaru from Dakota who was terrific to work with. We highly recommend this dealership.
