Very poor experience. Almost zero communication. Only reached out after I threatened to cancel services. I was encouraged by a therapist to report "Dr Bob" to the state of Minnesota medical board. The complaint is coming. By the way not really a doctor. There is no option for zero stars.
Dr. Bob has helped me greatly. He truly cares. Life is good!
Just recently starting working with Bob, couldn't be more pleased. Professional, kind, informative, accessable. All around good experience so far.
