This place not sure if anyone even work here I am on a medication and can never get a refill with out call them 3 or 4 time they usually run me out I suffer from Crohn’s and it’s miserable not having medication please somone here get in the ball and do the job it’s been 18 days no call back when I called this morning to ask why I was told their staff does not have time to pick the phone up Is this your standard practice? ?? Dr. Alvarez needs more education and shouldn’t be a Dr at all , she misdiagnosed my mother’s throat cancer for strip throat and would not listen to my mother when she said she felt a lump in her throat and refused to do further testing, my mother is having a hard recovery to her cancer, since she was at stage 4 throat cancer and the mass was quite large in her throat, worse Dr ever !!!!
I just moved to the area, so this was my first time with the new PCP. Reception was friendly and quick. The nurse was great, and Dr Alvarez was great too. She seemed very knowledgeable, she listened and didn't rush me. No complaints!
