Dr. Alvarez needs more education and shouldn’t be a Dr at all , she misdiagnosed my mother’s throat cancer for strip throat and would not listen to my mother when she said she felt a lump in her throat and refused to do further testing, my mother is having a hard recovery to her cancer, since she was at stage 4 throat cancer and the mass was quite large in her throat, worse Dr ever !!!!
I just moved to the area, so this was my first time with the new PCP. Reception was friendly and quick. The nurse was great, and Dr Alvarez was great too. She seemed very knowledgeable, she listened and didn't rush me. No complaints!
This office will not call you back. 3 weeks I have been calling for an appointment and I am told everytime someone will call me back and no one does. It's very unprofessional and leaves patients with little choices. "Do no harm"----Neglecting calling your patients back is doing harm. Do better.
Absolutely love Kelley Hensley but I can never ever get ahold of anyone when I call just sat on the phone for 8 min waiting for someone to answer been like that for days I love my doctor but this is a big issue with alot of people!
