Extremely difficult to get anyone to answer the phone any day of the week. It's currently 11:30 on a Tuesday. You'd think they'd be able to spare someone to answer the phones but I guess not. I've been trying to call since last Wednesday. I shouldn't have to go to the emergency room for something mundane but they won't see anyone at the primary care, let alone answer the phone.
One of the best PCPs I have ever had. Very attentive and thoughtful. Always easy to get an appointment. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new PCP.
Terrible service, they NEVER answer the phone or return calls in a timely manner. Do better!
