I have been coming here for years and never had an issue…until I got pregnant. First, my initial bloodwork was done and genetic testing prior auth was denied by my insurance due to missing paperwork I was never provided by this office. So I had to get my blood drawn AGAIN at Glens Falls Hospital since this location no longer has their own lab. My samples were subsequently lost.
