Avoid this hospital. If you only go to this hospital 4 times( as I have) they will send you multiple bills or statements every single month. I called several weeks ago asking why they keep sending bills/statements and the lady over the phone told me they are going to stop sending me bills/statements every month. 2/3 months later, I am still getting them. All they want is your money instead of taking action the first time the hospital wants you to come back 2-3-4 times with the same exact symptoms before they start treatment but you best damn be sure they charge you for every time your there regardless of actual help the biggest joke in Vermont it must be nice to make a 6 figure salary for sitting on your ass doing nothing pathetic
My father had a heart attack Friday afternoon so we flew to derby and met the ambulance at the hospital in Newport. They were ready to send him home after being there for an hour and I demanded test be done sure enough test came back positive for heart attack and they sent him to Dartmouth. Dartmouth did emergency surgery yesterday morning to repair his heart valve that was completely shut down . Thank God . Unbelievable north country hospital was literally going to send him home with an inhaler saying he just had asthma.
