Slow waited over 6 hours in the emergency room with 9 other people and we have up went to a different hospital
Slipped on the ice and broke my wrist, so my husband brought me here to the ER. Took my insurance cards first, took my blood pressure, which was dangerously high, and I was in pain. I have a history of a heart attack (the "widow maker") and a major stroke. They sent me back to the waiting room to wait in the plastic chairs. I had a kidney stone that kept blocking my ureter and I was getting high fevers, spent several hours in the ER and then left for the nearest urologist due to high risk of sepsis infection. Attentive, thorough and explained everything very well, I'm very happy with the treatment I received.
Just want to say that Tiffany that works in the cafeteria is a beautiful soul. I was hiding out in there while my son was circumcised, and was very stressed. She could tell, and was kind enough to offer me a hug..which I accepted. It was the good kind, that lasted a while with a gentle backrub..and it was the most comfort I've received from a stranger. Thank you Tiffany 🥰
