We bought a modular home about 3 and a half years ago, nothing but problems, we bought the upgraded appliance package, had to replace the following, dishwasher did not dry the dishes and come to find out you could have bought the piece of junk at Home Depot for $125 dollars, microwave oven combo, cook top knob was melted from the flat top, replaced the toilets, the counter tops due to chipping, replaced the back splash in the kitchen was suppose to have 5 black tiles but since they could not find any they painted them with a... read more
