Max was so kind and professional. Our heater started blowing cold air and he was quick to come to us and get it working again. Last year I gave them 5 stars for taking care of emergency at our HOA community center for a reasonable price. Max is the best. Service calls have always been prompt. Costs have been reasonable. Today he was here and had the problem repaired in three hours. This home is a summer rental and hot water had quit. Not good for guests paying serious money per night. Max saved the day--again. I like to support local small business like North Country, especially when they the best.
