They are wonderful. Customer service is amazing. I had to return a gift purchase from May '. 25 in late June: ok , no problem, full refund. I am a very satisfied customer because of Lynn 's much often help, Brian's fairness, Katie's professional advice. I am also happy of the layaway that is offered, they all rock !!
Went in to get a ring resized. I realize this isn't a big job if you have the tools, but they do, and I don't, and they did it while I waited. It fits perfectly, and when I asked them what I owed they asked for just a smile, which I gladly gave them, plus a good review, which I'm leaving now.
Brian is a good guy and has a great staff. Always nice goodies to sell.
