Dr. Nuyens is great. Very knowledgeable. My experience with Erin has been wonderful. She knows the name of everyone in our family, even when we haven't been in a while.
Receptionist and tech were very rude
My experience with Dr. Nygens was Great.. My experience with Erin in the optical. Not so great. I feel there is some insurance fraud going on. I was refused my script unless I pay for it. FYI according to the FTC. They are required by law to release it to you at the appointment.. I have filled a claim. Glasses ordered were not what I asked for. Was told it's because my ins will not pay for it. That's what I was willing to pay for did not matter. Was refused records that were requested. Was given records from may 17, not Aug ... read more
