Very professional company. Tim put in lots of effort with his quotes. Gave me several options. I went with the best mini split for my cabin.. Techs arrived in a few days and did a great job.

My 20ish year old boiler went out in the middle of the night, two days before the -25° zero stretch. These guys came out right away to fix it but found out they could not get parts. From the call to the office where she worked to squeeze me in to finding a new boiler and getting it shipped here and switching my whole system over to propane from oil, Tim and his crew came all hands on deck to get me up and running, even being here until 8 pm on Friday to get it finished. Horrible communication. Called multiple times. They stated they sent me a quote via email, never did. Called back, and they said the email stated they can't do it. All I was looking for was a quote. I do NOT recommend this business. 1 star is generous.

I would highly recommend. Jonathan and Brandon were awesome! They quickly replaced my 21 year-old propane gas furnace and original thermostat with new ones as well as replacing part of the gas line that was not up to current code. They were polite and professional and answered all my questions during the installation. The North Country Electric Service team was great to work with - quote for service through final install.

Jonathan and Brayden did a great job in installing a new furnace in our home, Were very professional, worked diligently, and answered questions that we had about the new furnace as well as warranties. They had great attitudes and did excellent work.
