They took my money, agreed to the work I wanted, and haven’t made my flags after 7 months despite repeated follow ups. Incredibly disappointing. I’ll take this down if they ever send them.

Definitely have to give this place a two star because I will say the product is nice, however the customer service and the orderliness/professionalism is lacking big time… without going into too much detail, I will note a few things. 5 stars for quality, but honestly if I could give 10 stars for customer service, I would. I have gotten (in total) about 8 pieces from them and every time was just over the moon with my interactions with them and the quality product I received. Can’t say enough good things about this place and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone and any company looking for going away gifts.

I’ve never had a more poor experience with a customs shop. Ordered items in Oct, was told they’d be ready last week of Nov, and now it’s the 3rd week of December and I’m still empty handed. Completely defeating the purpose of the order. I’m genuinely at a loss for works and beyond frustrated. Was told they’d be ready for pick up MULTIPLE occasions, just to show up and have them still being worked on. Sad.

They always do such amazing work. They made a beautiful product for me on very short notice (sorry!!) and went above and beyond to make the whole process easy. Friendly, responsive, and truly great to work with. I’m so grateful for their craftsmanship and customer service — highly recommend!
