foxhound I have had my computer in for service on 3 occasions for the same reason and have been told it has been fixed. I still have the same problems and viruses. Took the computer to a computer repair shop in Gaylord Michigan and they fixed the computer and informed me that it would be wise not to return to the store in Roscommon.
