This is my second time using North Country and once again they did a fantastic job. Kevin, Dylan, and the rest of the team were great to work with and were always incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We could not be happier with our experience working with North Country Companies. They remodeled our kitchen, transformed two bedrooms into a beautiful master suite, and updated our mudroom and laundry room—and every part of the process was handled with care and professionalism. Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. Dylan was great to work with and explained everything in the scope of the project. Every who came to my house was professional and friendly. Honestly, had I known how easy it would be I wouldn't have put off this project for so long. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!
They never opened a single installation guide - even the kitchen one. That’s why they missed a cabinet. Now I have wallpaper where they drilled it. They were just looking to leave as soon as possible and didn’t install the fridge, the hood and the dishwasher properly.
We hired North Country to finish our basement. Dylan first came out to give us a quote and we received a detailed estimate within one day. After reviewing a few different quotes we felt North Country had the best plan and a fair price. The job finished on budget from the original estimate. We couldn’t be happier with the new space, it came out beautiful. Thank you to Dylan, Kevin, Ron, Mick, and Nick for the work.
