I was paired with a therapist that wanted me to read a book and discuss it with them. Then they took a different position and wanted me to see a different therapist. I quit. I returned later to get a new therapist. Rachel helped me the most out of all the therapist I've ever seen to date. Rachel informs me that she is changing location. i'll never go again. i saw the therapist jodie, back in 2019 for about a year. she pretty much forced me to do EMDR therapy, it made things worse. turns out with the disorders i have EMDR can't be done or at least needs to be done differetnly and with a specialist in the field of the disorder. and when i inquired about my diagnoses she said i worry too much about my diagnoses and wouldnt talk to me about it. at that time i was also put on a anti psych medication which i didnt need and i caused me to developed tardive dyskine... read more
