Removed old heat pump and installed a new one in 2 days. Very professional service and installation, despite the complexity of the location. Huge improvement over what we had. Cost was very reasonable and 2 year warranty and no questions asked regarding after sales service to install a smart thermostat.
I had 2 units installed by North Cool and never had an issue with installation or the AC wall mount units. They come with 2 years parts and 5 years compressor. Oksana in the front office is excellent and efficient.
La pire compagnie au Canada si pas sur la planète terre. SVP portez TRÈS bien attention aux nombreux commentaires négatifs car c'est 100% ce qui s'est passé à nous. Fils brulés, fuite de fréon causant un danger vie, chaque visite de leur "technicien" il semble totalement perdu, incapable de remettre la machine en ordre après avoir tenté de "réparer" les nombreux dysfonctionnements. Great company and staff! Oksana who runs the place there is fabulous! The employees are fabulous. Thier in and out the same day! Clean and have everything with them! Real professionals. We had 2 heat pumps installed and are are very pleased! Thank you NORTH COOL Mike and Lucie.
