Wanted to share my experience booking with these guys through Airbnb so another family doesn’t have this happen to them. Booked a trip to a North Conway property managed by Peter and Julia back in early April 2024. Our reservation was for 6/23/24-6/26/24. We confirmed our booking and made our first installment payment , bought the Storyland tickets and hyped the kids up for this years ‘cation’ as they call it. I would not recommend this company for property management services. For 25% of gross rent they list your property on airbnb, message with guests, and arrange for turnover. For any meaningful issue they adopt a "not my job" mentality and quite frankly do not take any true ownership over their service offering. We are three hours away in Massachusetts and found this to be very frustrating. At one point Peter agreed to perform, and we agreed to pay to remedy a situation by installing two AC units. Both the property and property owners were amazing! Home had so much room and had everything we could have ever needed to make our stay wonderful. Home was so close to everything we wanted to do in North Conway/Mount Washington. Will definitely stay again.
The condo we stayed at was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location! The photos of the condo online are what sold us, however the condo was even bigger and better in person. We were minutes from Cranmore and downtown North Conway, the condo provided everything from linens to family games to a beautiful gas fireplace. The outdoor, screened in porch area was great for a game of cards and some fresh air. Julia and Peter were very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. I highly recommended this property.
