I got my ring resized and it looks excellent. He tighten the prongs and cleaned it up looks brand new. It also fits correctly!! Super nice professional people. Definitely will be coming back.
I was given my aunt’s bracelet when she passed away recently. It needed to be adjusted to fit my wrist. I took it in and the owner was very attentive me. When I picked it up it fit perfectly and the owner was very happy with how pleased I was!
I was so glad to find this jewelry store! Tavit is competitively priced and has created 2 pendants for me with sentimental stones in the center and I am so grateful! They turned out beautifully! And he always has time or will tell you when he will be in the store since he also has one in Boston! I have had many rings sized by him and the are always done right! He is very friendly and helpful and willing to accommodate his customers! Tavit will always have my business!
NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Tavit went above and beyond for me! I have been married for 12 years and my setting broke and my diamond came out on Labor Day weekend. We called him, he met us there that day, customized my original ring, with a bigger diamond and had it ready for me to pick up that same week on Thursday. He was kind, generous, worked within our budget, and did his best to make sure we were happy. I will never go anywhere else, this man is honest and hard working and knows his craft well.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience as a customer! Amazing work and I very comfortable setting! Don’t wait to have the same experiences that I had!
