Great workout- loving it !!!
I will NEVER go to a gym again. At Fit body you have one on one coaches who help, modify and direct your workouts! I've gone from a size 16 to a size 10/11 jean. The people are great at Fitbody... Plus this company caters to Both the younger as well as the "Older" crowd like me lol.

After losing 145 lbs I needed to find something that would benefit me in fitness. I have never really exercised but knew I didn't want a gym. I found Fit Body and couldn't be happier. I have been going for about 8 months now and am so glad I found it. The owners and the coaches keep me motivated and also accountable. Something different every session so it's always interesting. Love my Fit Body family
