I worked for NCHA from March of 2022 - May 2024. During my time there I was given immense opportunity to further my training, education and experience. The PTO and sick pay is great, my supervisor cared so much about me as a human being and my team was absolutely amazing. If you CARE about people and want to make a difference, please consider this organization as your next big opportunity.
Absolute joke of a “care management” organization. Supervisors for this company are completely useless. Complete lack of integrity for their staff, probably why the turn over rate is laughable. Leadership only care about them selves and I was discriminated across the board. Worst company I have ever worked for 0/10 do not recommend, not all the supervisors are this way god bless Sylvia.
