Came in with my son to the pediatric emergency room and Dr.Gudes was very unprofessional uncaring and nothing he said, made any sense.. If this is the people that we are calling doctors nowadays I feel bad for us.. The nurse was more knowledgeable, more caring, and had better answers than he did
Completely shattered my arm playing hockey and every single staff member was awesome. Made sure my pain was managed, were patient with me as I asked questions about treatment and staff was personable. Helped me keep my mind off the fact that my arm had a new joint in it. Ended up giving me options for setting my arm as my radius had displaced and gave me no trouble for requesting anesthesia. The doctor even stayed 40 minutes past her shift change to keep continuity. 10/10 would go here with a broken arm again.
Extremely slow and inefficient. The doctors are uncaring and egotistical. The nurses are OK and I feel sorry that they have to work with such substandard doctors. These people cared more about surveying the quality of the food received than the actual doctors care. We couldn’t believe that someone actually came in to ask us how the food was! ER Doctor was obviously too busy and didn't want me there. Said there's nothing they could do to help my severe abnormal pain at 8 months pregnant, no testing and no questions asked. He said my temperature and blood pressure look fine when they never took either until he left the room. My blood pressure was high 155/90, so the nurse told him before I left. All he said was "send her home". No professionalism or care whatsoever. I was going to deliver my baby here but now I will definitely be looking at any other hospital.
