North College Mobile Home Park does not - and apparently WILL NOT - EVER - have fiber optic service. Manager claims installation attempts caused so much damage to buried services they stopped the install and have no plans to ever install it. Also, there are no STREET NAMES in the park - apparently all the streets are 'driveways' and you can't park on the '***************** owners that complain are harassed and threatened. As soon as I can afford it, we're moving out. Look elsewhere unless you're ok with 1960's quality intern... read more
Wonderful ************* Home Park, very quiet and peaceful. Gated to add security. The park is very well managed and maintained, great snow removal on the streets during winter. A+ place to live!
