Doctor seems ok, knowledgable but a little disinterested. I have been twice, the 3rd time, i waited 1.5 hours after my appointment time, checked with reception and was told there were still 2 ppl ahead of me. Sorry but my time is valuable, and although I understand some delays, 2 hours AFTER my appointment time is just not ok, i had to leave. Foolishly came back made an early appt.. 3rd of the day and sat and watched FIVE ppl go in before me and its over an hour since my appt time, went to reception and they were like oh she... read more

My husband and I always receive excellent care at this clinic! Denise is so kind at the reception desk, and Dr. Guity and Dr. Patrick are our favorite doctors. The whole team is professional and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Best medical dr James Jia is probly the nicest doctor you can have recommend this place over many in Sydney road I have lived in the area my whole life and will drive from Parkville to here because I know I'll get the standard of care from a doctor we all deserve
